In my world, with the people that I get to work with, here’s what they are about—
They want to serve others.
They want to feel that their gifts are being valued.
They want to feel fulfilled as they grow.
Yes, they like money and yes, money is important when you're running a business because that's what business is. It's an exchange of money for service.
But that's not what drives them. What drives them is the growth, the service, and the fulfillment.
So, I wonder what becoming more visible might feel like to you?
I will say that my experience with it, as a business mindset coach, is that they're all different flavors of visibility.
I've known coaches that have multimillion dollar businesses and they speak to 300 people during a three day event, which has a lot of moving parts, and it's very expensive to produce. They're counting on their ability to sell in order to pay for that event.
That's not my style. I like small, intimate retreats, which I hope to be able to do, maybe next year. Probably before that, online.
But again, I can suit visibility to my personality and to my core strengths, and so can you.
