Patience and Surrender
If you are like me, patience and surrender are not your favorite qualities to practice.
But that’s exactly what this week’s card is counseling us to do - to hang in there, surrender what we cannot control, and accept what is right now. As we do that the current situation begins to change.
Today in the US we celebrate the birth and legacy of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The struggle for equality for people of color, women, and gender diversity has gone on for many years. The promise for all to have access to equal opportunity, compassion, and community is worth that effort.
Developing the qualities of patience and surrender will ultimately make you the victor. That is the assurance of this week’s card.
